The manager, Jimmie, was like the coolest mom ever. She always looked out for us and made us feel at home. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Pattaya Beach where we had so much fun doing water sports. And let me tell you, the entertainment in Thailand is insane! We caught a traditional Thai dance performance that blew our minds. Definitely recommend this place for young party-goers like us.

The only thing we wished for was more late-night party options. Pattaya definitely has a wild nightlife, but we would've loved it if the hotel had its own happening night club or some sick live music.

Room was very clean everytime,the hotel is located close to the malls,people who work there are very friendly,next time im gonna stay here again!Thank you very much!

When I'm checking out of the Hotel in the room I had forgotten present for my son, and the person who checked the room did not tell me about it, but manage to get present in the closet. After I went back to the hotel for the gift, it certainly gave me a ... from the cabinet. That's such an unpleasant situation.

l'emplacement était parfait, à quelques minutes de marche des rues principales, des magasins et des plages. De plus, le rapport qualité-prix était excellent, avec des prix abordables pour les chambres. Les chambres étaient propres et bien entretenues, avec un service de ménage quotidien et des serviettes propres régulièrement. Nous avons également apprécié les petites attentions telles que les mini-bouteilles de shampooing et de gel douche. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner était satisfaisant, avec un bon choix de plats.

Tout était bien, rien à améliorer.

The staffs of this hotel are very kind and friedly. The room and facilities are quite good for its price. And very silence at night.

Its location is a little hard to find.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpfull and always happy, I stayed at this hotel for one night and was delighted with the room I got for the price. The room was large in size, plenty of wardrobe space, free wifi which was very quick and constant hot water. The large king size bed was comfortable. The hotel houses an indoor pool. There is no restuarant but you walk outside and they are everywhere. If you are on a budget and want value for your money in a great position if you enjoy the Soi Bukouw area of Pattaya then go to the "Super Bed Otel" You will not be disappointed.

I was pleased with the hotel's overall decor, especially the elegant lobby area which had comfortable seating and beautiful artwork. Being a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility as it had easy-to-navigate hallways and elevators, making it convenient for me to move around.

I would have asked for a better vacation experience if the children working there had been more attentive to the needs of senior guests. While most of the staff were polite, some lacked the understanding and patience required when dealing with older individuals.

Price was average for Pattaya but better deals for the money are available.

This a old hotel that's been renamed/relabeled. Upon initial glance at the room fixtures and features looked OK. When staying there for several days it becomes obvious that more attention to detail on cleanliness and material conditions is needed. Examples 1)Shower didn't drain adequately and leaked out of the glass enclosure.2)Coffee cups but no way to get hot water. 3)Stains on bed linens and towels.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent, with a comfortable and spacious room that includes a balcony. The location is great, with plenty of nearby amenities, and the staff treated me very well.

Breakfast delights could be improved with more variety and options.

The location, the price , but most of all the friendliness of all the staff is the best I have experienced in Thailand.

No facilities (hairdryer, kettle, breakfast) existed there and the staffs were unwilling to provide any of them. The rooms were small and dated and too noisy at night.

The hotel is conveniently located near plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. It's also in close proximity to a market and a beach. the rooms are clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. the hotel staff are friendly and accommodating, and the security is great. the rooms come with a balcony and ample wardrobe space, making it great for budget travelers who want to stay a few days.

The hotel doesn't offer a wide range of breakfast options.

During my Easter holiday, I found many positive aspects of the hotel that made my stay enjoyable. the room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable bed and enough storage space for my belongings. the hotel was located in a great spot, making it easy to access shops, restaurants, and other amenities. there was complimentary Wi-Fi which was very useful and helped me stay connected with my family and friends.

There were also some negative aspects of the hotel that I did not appreciate. the hotel was quite old and showed signs of wear and tear.
